QUICK UPDATE: US BACKERS ADDRESS CONFIRMATIONS

Hi, Dungenerators!
Just wanted to put out the call that, if you're a US-based backer, you should be getting an email from the US fulfillment company, Quartermaster Logistics ([email protected]), giving you one final chance to confirm or alter your shipping address!
They also wanted me to tell you this:
"Should you experience shipping issues when receiving your package, please contact QML right away using the [email protected] email. Issues can include: Package not arriving despite tracking showing delivered, package arrives damaged, only one of several packages received, opened parcel upon arrival, etc. Please be sure to contact QML the moment you are aware of the issue with all relevant information (tracking number, pictures of damaged item and shipping boxes, etc) as investigations need to be started within a week of the last scan. If your package would qualify for a claim, please do not file a claim with the courier and instead contact QML for more assistance, as this needs to be filed on behalf of the shipper. Rest assured, our team and the QML team will work to find the best solution regarding whatever shipping issues you may experience."
But that's not very thematic or dungeon-y.
So I'll translate:
"Harken well, Adventurer!
Though ye parcels will, gods-willing, arrive with the speed and grace of a blessed pegasus, the roads are fraught with peril!

Hi everyone!
I'm piecing together a big update with a bunch of cool stuff in it, but I noticed a few of you asking for shipping updates on the physical decks, so here's the state of things (it's good news!):
US PHYSICAL DECKS:
I realized I needed some help getting all 1000+ of these orders out (my 1-bedroom apartment does not make a great fulfillment center), so I've recruited some help from another company.
These decks have been manufactured (after a regrettable bit of delay) and shipped to the US fulfillment company, and I'm basically waiting for an invoice from them so they can start shipping. They've estimated the end of May, as they have to slot this project into their queue.
INTERNATIONAL PHYSICAL DECKS:
These are also manufactured, and they'll be shipping out through the manufacturing company, but we've decided to ship them out in waves. The first one should start very soon, and I'll post another update when it does!
GOBLIN STICKER PACKS:
I'm going to be shipping these out myself, and I'm just waiting for something else to start shipping so I can post about it all at once. So they're just hangin' out here in my apartment. Maybe that's silly?
It's probably silly. I've just been expecting shipping to start "any day now" for like a month.
So, basically: Please hold tight - we're almost there!
I'm learning a lot about the business side of things, which I know is not necessarily what any of you signed up for, but - I'm getting better, I swear! Thanks for sticking around!
In the meantime, may your dungeons be only moderately dangerous!

QUICK MANUFACTURING UPDATE: LOCK YOUR ADDRESSES!

MANUFACTURING PROGRESS IS BEING MADE!
Woohoo!
You may have noticed an email from BackerKit in your inbox asking you to confirm and "lock down" your shipping address - that's because the International decks are about ready to ship from the EU manufacturer, and I need to confirm everyone's final addresses!
The US shipment is scheduled to arrive at my door in a few weeks, near the end of April.
(I have to lock everybody's addresses down at once, or I'd give you an extra couple of weeks.)
So, in short:
If you're about to move and wondering which address to put down, plan on the address where you'll be in about a month. If you're confused or there's some question, just leave a comment or contact me via a message and I'll get you sorted out!
WHAT ABOUT GOBLINS?
The goblin sticker packs will be packed by yours truly, and will be shipped out separately.
I'm waiting to receive the big US shipment first, so I can pack some together for extra safety.
ANYTHING ELSE?
Progress is being made on Token Pack 1 (Monsters)!

Greetings, adventurers!
It feels like it's been an age! We have much to discuss!
BATTLEMAPS ARE RELEASED!
You should have an email in your inbox with links to both the color and black-and-white versions of the 1" gridded battlemaps- available as single images, for those of you with larger-format printers, or divided in twain for our humble Letter / A4 printers.
Each map is numbered, so one can use the cards to generate a dungeon and then, say, pull up a full battlemap when the party encounters trouble.
TOKEN PACK 1: MONSTERS HAS BEGUN!
I've begun work on the art for the first of the unlocked Token Packs. No colors to show you, yet, but here's a sneak peek of some inks:

WHAT ABOUT THOSE PHYSICAL DECKS, THOUGH?
I'd been putting off updating until I had a more concrete timeline, but I'll just give you the info I have thus far:
- Files have been sent to and proofed for both the US and International printers.
- Both manufacturers are experiencing COVID-related delays.
- The EU manufacturer (the one handling the International orders) has the cards printed and somewhere in the assembly queue. Tuck boxes are either printed or about to be.
- I'll update you about the US manufacturer as soon as I have more info. Sending goblins to "check up on them." :D
The unexpected scope of this project has thrown my original plan and timeline out the window in a few ways, but it's still a problem I'm lucky and grateful to have.

QUICK UPDATE: PRINT-FRIENDLY CARDS!

Hi folks!
Today you should find in your inbox black-and-white, laser-printer-friendly versions of the Digital Dungenerator deck!
I spent the day preparing them in A4 and Letter-sized format for those of you that want to print-and-play but don't want to use up a big chunk of fancy color ink.

In other news, the US manufacturer is proceeding as planned, but it looks like I'll have 2 extra cards per deck (making 56 total) to do something with... Hmmm...
